My website address is https://bletting.com.
Comments
When users leave comments on the website, I collect the details from the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help identify spam.
A hashed version of your email address, known as an anonymized string, might be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you have an account. You can find the Gravatar service privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible alongside your comment.
Media
When you upload images to the website, make sure not to include images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download these images and extract any location information from them.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email and website in cookies. This makes it easier for you to fill in your details for future comments. These cookies will remain for one year.
If you go to my login page, a temporary cookie will be created to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not hold any personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.
Upon logging in, several cookies will be set up to remember your login details and display preferences. The login cookies are valid for two days, while the display option cookies last for a year. If you choose “Remember Me,” your login will stay active for two weeks. Logging out will remove the login cookies.
Who I share your data with
When you ask for a password reset, your IP address will be part of the reset email.
How long I retain your data
When you leave a comment, both the comment and its metadata are kept forever. This allows us to automatically identify and approve any follow-up comments without putting them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on my site (if applicable), I also keep the personal details they provide in their user profile. All users have the ability to view, modify, or remove their personal information whenever they wish (though they cannot change their username). I can also access and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have made comments, you can ask for a file that contains your personal data, including any information you provided. You can also ask me to delete any personal data we have about you. However, this does not include data I must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments might be reviewed using an automated spam detection tool.
